The aim of this store is to provide a place where the unloved pads at the bottom of someone's stash can be passed on to a new owner who can appreciate them more.

While not suitable by their original owner, they may be perfect for others.

These pads (which might never have come in contact with blood) will be clearly described, using the rating system at the bottom of this page, and will also give details on the pad (brand and composition), why it is being sold as well as clear pictures, so that you can feel confident in what you are buying.

Sometimes pads are tried on (between periods) only to find its not exactly right for them. Too long, Too short, Too wide, Too narrow, Too thick, Too thin..... it could be for a number of reasons. These pads usually cannot then be returned, as they are now "used". Or the owner might simply realise they have more pads than they actually need, and have pads they have washed but never actually used. While some women like having a giant collection of pads, others prefer to keep only a selection of their most used pads.

The preloved pads store is a place where members of the public can post a listing for any pads they have that they no longer want. It can be for sale, or to give away. We realise that many women would not feel comfortable buying a pad that had been used, which is understandable, but for those who would use a "pre-loved" pad, we have some great items for you to choose from.

This store offers you a place to sell unwanted "preloved" pads you may have. Don't clutter up your stash, sell them and make way for pads you do like!

Not all pads suit all women, and sometimes we get pads and decide they aren't right for us, but another woman might find them perfect. So this gives you the opportunity to pass those pads on to someone who might appreciate them more. And it gives customers the chance to get pads for a discounted price.

It is the responsibility of the customer to ensure that they have all the relevant details of the item before they decide to make a purchase. The customer will acknowledge the fact that these pads are in a "pre-loved" or "second hand" state, and that the condition of these, as well as prior usage will be different between each listing. The sellers provide their contact details in their listings for you to ask them more questions about their items if needed.

Unlike the other stores on www.clothpadshop.com, all transactions for these Pre-loved pads are to take place directly between the seller and the customer. Clothpadshop.com provides a place for a seller to display items they wish to sell. As such, all these listings will be in "previewing" format - to show you which pads these sellers have available, but you will not be able to add them to your cart. If you wish to purchase one of the listed "pre-loved" pads, you will need to e-mail the particular seller to arrange the details of the sale.

Ratings for level of use:
This list is our store-wide rating system for Preloved items.

  • "pre-washed but not used"- This indicates that the pad was prewashed, but was never used or tried on.  This pad could be considered "new" by some people. 
  • "Tried on" - This indicates that you have worn the pad for any duration of time, but has NOT come in contact with blood at all. 
  • "Gently Used" - This indicates that the pad has come in contact with a small amount of bodily fluids (blood or discharge), but has no signs of wear, and looks as new.  Please state if it has come in contact with blood or not.
  • "Regularly used" - This indicates that this has had a lot of wear, it has had significant contact with blood.
